Coping With Infidelity: The Serial Cheater

Coping With Infidelity: The Serial Cheater

by

Dr. Joe James

Seeing various people from all walks of life begin the process of coping with infidelity is very common nowadays. Anytime that a person is facing this particular situation there is certain advice that might be of use to them. It is not uncommon for these people to feel alone with the struggle however they should never neglect the face that they are not alone at all.

A lot of people learn that their significant other is cheating and they immediately feel the desire to react in a way that is violent and irrational. This will get the victim nowhere and acting as if they are the better person is probably the most desirable thing that the victim can do. If the victim acts out irrationally they might be facing very negative legal consequences.

Some people might assume that this type of event will spark the end of their current relationship however this is not always the case. Only when the two parties discuss what might have caused this cheating to occur will they be able to get to the center of the situation. It is no lie that some relationships might actually grow to become much stronger because of these occurrences.

There are certain situations in which the relationship will likely be destroyed beyond any hopes of ever repairing. A lot of these situations involve a cheating partner that feels a strong romantic connection to the person that they were unfaithful with. Talking is still important for both parties to do because this is the only way that the victim can determine such things.

People sometimes realize that their partner is a sociopath and this is why they cheat so frequently and so often. There is no fixing a sociopath and remember that they lack remorse as well as any type of human emotion. Since they will never be able to love the cheating will never end as these people are seeking instant gratification as a solution to their emotionless existence.

Anytime that a victim is dealing with an unfaithful partner that suffers from ant-social personality disorder they need to cut the sociopath out of their life like a deadly cancer. The sociopath is more than capable of acting irrationally and violent even when they are at fault. These types of people are sometimes enraged at the victim because they have caught them in the act.

If the cheating is related to a short coming in the relationship then said relationship might be repairable. Victims always need to consider very strongly whether they want to go back to a cheater or not. This is what makes coping with infidelity so difficult.

Mauritanian refugees begin returning home from Senegal

Tuesday, January 29, 2008

Mauritanian refugees stuck in Senegal for nearly two decades after fleeing ethnic clashes in their home country have begun returning to Mauritania under a U.N.-sponsored program. But many do not want to return.

There were goodbye ceremonies and welcoming ceremonies attended by officials on both sides of the Senegal River as more than 100 former refugees were ferried on motorized pirogues.

A spokesman for the United Nations refugee agency, Alphonse Munyaneza, explained international funding will help pay for resettlement.

“Each refugee returning back to Mauritania will receive a piece of land equivalent to 140 square meters for establishing a house. UNHCR and the government of Mauritania will provide construction material so that they can build a house,” explained Munyaneza. “We will provide three months of food ration. We will provide a tent also.”

Each refugee returning back to Mauritania will receive a piece of land equivalent to 140 square meters for establishing a house.

Mauritanian refugee children broke out in song and laughter when officials arrived at their camps close to the border to get the process going.

There are more than 20,000 Mauritanian refugees in Senegal. Officials say the return program will extend over 18 months.

One of those happy to go is Haddy Sy. She says she left Mauritania after she was beaten up. This took place during a wave of ethnic violence that began in Arab Moor-dominated Mauritania in 1989 and escalated into border clashes, forcing tens of thousands of black, mostly ethnic Fula, Mauritanians into exile.

In the late 1990s, more than 30,000 refugees returned by their own means and some U.N. assistance.

Sy says she is leaving behind many good things in Senegal, including a peaceful setting, but that she is still happy to return to her home country.

Since taking office last year, the government of the elected, post-coup President Sidi Ould Cheikh Abdallahi has been making efforts to bring home the refugees, including several thousand more in Mali.

But many in Senegal do not want to return home, like Yaraah Sow, who lives in the Dagana refugee camp about 400 kilometers northwest of Dakar.

He says he is still very bitter about what happened nearly 20 years ago. He said his father, who was a civil servant, was attacked by a mob and died of internal bleeding at the gates of a hospital after doctors refused to treat him.

Sow accuses the military of seizing all his family’s property. He says that two of his younger brothers died on the trip to Senegal. He says his children are now going to school and that they are better off in Senegal.

One of the refugee leaders, Mohamed Ali Sow, who left when he was 10, says he is studying at a university in Senegal to become a lawyer to defend the rights of chased out Mauritanians.

He says the return program has been rushed, because he says people who had their property seized, houses burned, and jobs taken away, should have guarantees these will be restored. He says until then, he does not think it is wise to go back.

Residents of Leeds, England neighbourhood plagued with crime ask council for help

Sunday, October 10, 2010

Residents of a Leeds, England neighbourhood have requested help from a council because their neighbourhood is plagued by crime, overcrowding, and community tensions.

Leeds City Council received a request for help from residents of Hyde Park, who said they were worried about the increasing level of anti-social behavior and worsening community relations. A report will be unveiled on Wednesday by a council delegation, highlighting the problems in the area. “The people living in Hyde Park come from widely different population groups… these groups have very different customs, needs and living styles and this can provoke high levels of tension in the area,” the delegation said.

The council claims that because of the 28 per cent ethnic minority population and the 40,000 students living in the neighbourhood, there are tensions between residents. They added, however, that they are actively encouraging people to work together, citing a multi-faith forum, a cricket competition and activities which bring old and young together.

The report says that the council are trying to build relationships between Muslims and police, something which they said is “particularly important after the area’s connection to the London bombings on 7th July 2005.” A local newspaper reported that “the Shebab project introduces young Muslims to role models from sport and culture and also runs scholars’ talks to counter extremist ideologies.”

Crime has increased by 7% in the past year in Hyde Park, and residents noted that anti-social behaviour was getting worse. The council said that an anti-burglary task force had helped to reduce the number of thefts from homes. Residents complained that there was a lack of pride in the area, and at the end of the academic year in the summer, large piles of rubbish were left in streets, yards and alleyways. The report adds that the council operates a recycling scheme aimed towards teenagers, and that rubbish collections have increased.

[We are] slightly frustrated with certain communication issues that we’ve had with the council

The Guardian reported on Wednesday that campaigners are attempting to “take control of a derelict school building and transform it into a community hub are appealing for sponsors and partners in a bid to turn their dreams into reality.” They say that the unused building, owned by the council, could be used for meetings and events. A volunteer group of residents have been working on a business plan, and have gained support from local businesses to create “a vision of an open, accessible and valuable resource for all.”

A member of the commitee, however, said he was “frustrated” with the council’s attitude towards the plans. “The RPCC is slightly frustrated with certain communication issues that we’ve had with the council, but we’re working with them and hoping to gain further assistance going forward,” he said. “It’s a shame that certain setbacks could have been avoided.”

The deputation added that “a major factor in Hyde Park’s suffering is its high level of population density”, which they conceded is something they are unable to change. The council responded to complaints that streets are “cheap and unhealthy takeaways, letting agents and boarded-up shop fronts,” by saying that Hyde Park Corner and Headingley are, according to the Yorkshire Post, “thriving shopping areas and work had taken place to ensure a good mix of outlets.”

The report concludes: “The council acknowledges that because of the very particular circumstances which exist in the neighbourhood, Hyde Park faces difficult challenges which affect the quality of life of residents and that ‘normal’ service levels may not be sufficient to tackle some of these. The council will do more to enable local people to influence how services work and how local problems are tackled. Local community and voluntary groups will be invited to play an active role.”

Explosives investigation at US Embassy in Chile; Pakistani man detained

Wednesday, May 12, 2010

A Pakistani man, identified as Muhammad Saif-ur-Rehman Khan, 28, was arrested in Chile on Monday after he was found with traces of explosives in the US Embassy.

Chilean police say that traces of Tetryl, used to help detonate explosives, were detected. Yesterday a judge ordered Khan’s continued detention under anti-terrorism laws.

It has been reported that Khan was in Chile for four months, and was called to the embassy to be told that his visa]] for the US was revoked. A US official told Reuters that “based on the information that we had, we revoked his visa.” The official declined to give the reason behind the decision, saying only that “[we] are required to notify individuals when we take that action and we invited him in.”

Khan spoke briefly to Chilean journalists and denied he was a terrorist or that he was handling explosives. “I’ve never seen anything like this in my life,” he said, claiming that the US “just want to hide the damage they have caused to Iraq and Afghanistan.”

This is not the first incident involving explosives at the US Embassy in Santiago; after the September 11 attacks of 2001, the embassy was sent a letter bomb that was defused.

A new study has found that people storing extra fat around their waist have a strongly increased chance of early death, even if their overall weight is average. The study, published in the New England Journal of Medicine today, found that for each addition 5 cm on the waist, the chance of early death is increased by between 13% and 17%.

In the study, 360,000 people from across nine countries in Europe were surveyed.

One of the study’s authors, Professor Elio Riboli of Imperial College London, commented on the findings. “We were surprised to see the waist size having such a powerful effect on people’s health and premature death,” he stated.

The European Commission, the executive branch of the European Union, has today lifted its ban on unusually shaped fruits and vegetables, in what the EU’s agriculture commissioner has called “a new dawn for the curvy cucumber and the knobbly carrot”.

The regulation has previously been criticized as an example of the EU’s bureaucracy by critics of the organisation.

The products affected by the deregulation are apricots, artichokes, asparagus, aubergines, avocadoes, beans, Brussels sprouts, carrots, cauliflowers, cherries, courgettes, cucumbers, cultivated mushrooms, garlic, hazelnuts in shell, headed cabbage, leeks, melons, onions, peas, plums, ribbed celery, spinach, walnuts in shell, water melons and witloof/chicory.

Recent anonymous press briefings by US State Department officials indicated that its arms control division may punish Blackwater Worldwide for improper paperwork.

The Directorate of Defense Trade Controls has the power to fine or agree voluntary penalties with exporters of certain weapons, who do not follow correct procedures. Blackwater Worldwide, a private military company, exported automatic weapons to Iraq that became the subject of a federal investigation first disclosed in 2007.Concern was expressed by the unnamed officials that paperwork errors may make the weapons untraceable, and that some reached Iraq’s black market.

5 Healthy Treats Your Kids Will Love

If you want your children eating healthy snacks, you do not have to rely on carrot sticks and celery. Try to cut off desserts and junk food. You can be creative and fun without exhausting much time or effort. Here is a list of 5 healthy snacks your kids will love.

 1. Whole-grain cereal

The vitamins, calcium and fibre found in whole-grain cereal make it a wise and easy choice to keep in your cupboard. Oatmeal is the perfect way to go, flavour it up with raisins or other dried fruits. If your children prefer cold whole-grain cereal, add some milk and fruit, and you have a snack packed with power.

 1. Yogurt

Active live cultures found in yogurt are good bacteria that help to keep your body functioning at its best. Good bacteria prevent the growth of harmful bacteria that cause bacterial diseases and infections. Kids can eat yogurt, and not even know they are eating healthy. You can add some extra nutritional value and taste with berries and granola creating a yogurt parfait.

 1. Frozen grapes

Grapes on their own are a fine treat that kids love, but to put a fun twist on things, take some seedless grapes and freeze them for about 25 minutes. When frozen, they still have that familiar grape flavour but take on a texture that is almost like a sorbet.

 1. Peanut butter rice crispy treats

Peanut butter has plenty of protein and fibre and can make for a nice change of pace from standard rice crispy treats. You can bind it with peanut butter and brown rice syrup instead of marshmallows. Brown rice syrup will keep the kids’ blood sugar from rapidly rising because it has a lower glycemic index than marshmallows.

How to make it:

Ingredients –

 • 4 cups crispy rice cereal,
 • 1/2 cup chocolate chips,
 • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
 • 1 cup brown rice syrup

Method –

First, spray cooking spray on an 11×7 or 9×13 pan. Then spray a large mixing bowl with cooking spray. Pour chocolate chips and rice cereal into the mixing bowl and mix it up with your hands. Heat the peanut butter and brown rice syrup in a small saucepan until it bubbles. Pour the crispy rice cereal and chocolate chips into the bubbling mixture and watch as the chocolate melts as you stir it. Quickly spread your mixture into the prepared pan then let cool completely before cutting into squares.

 1. Baked sweet potato fries

Recent studies have shown sweet potatoes’ ability to raise our blood levels of vitamin A, and they are a good source of B6, C and folate.

How to make it:

Ingredients –

 • 2 pounds of sweet potatoes
 • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
 • 1/2 teaspoon of chilli powder
 • 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt

Method –

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Cut each sweet potato in half lengthwise, place them flat side down on a cutting board and cut the halves into 1 inch wide wedges. Combine the oil, chilli powder and 1 teaspoon of the salt into a small bowl. Place potatoes on a roasting pan and brush the oil mixture across them. Put the pan in the oven and cook the potatoes, turning once, for 20-25 minutes or until they turn soft. Remove pan from the oven and season with remaining 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Serve it warm.

You may consider ordering through online cake delivery in Noida service to get the best decadent and healthy desserts for your kids. After all, children love desserts and candies, and the more nutritious the options are at your disposal, the better alternative it will be.

Benet Academy Redwings 40 34 Oswego Panthers

The Benet Academy Redwings boys basketball team defeated the Oswego High School Panthers 40–34 Saturday night at Benet’s historic Alumni Gym.

Located at Lisle, Illinois, United States, the gymnasium is home to Benet’s winning streak of 102 consecutive home games. The statewide record lasted from November 26, 1975 until January 24, 1987, when Naperville North High School defeated the Redwings 47–46. Benet also achieved 96 consecutive victories in the Western Suburban Catholic Conference at that time.

The school continued to use the facility, colloquially referred to as the “Old Gym” or the “Small Gym”, until the end of the 1994 season, when a newer athletic center was built on campus. It wasn’t until the late 1990’s when then-coach Marty Gaughan decided to play one game per year in the Alumni Gym to remind the school of its history. “There is just an electricity, and you feel it when you are in there,” said Gaughan, who coached the team from the 1989–1990 season to the 2007–2008 season.

This tradition continued until the 2006–2007 season, when the Redwings played against long-time rival St. Francis High School. Renovations prevented the gym from being used for athletic events over the past two seasons. This game was Benet coach Gene Heidkamp’s first opportunity to coach in the older gym. “So much history and winning has taken place there, which makes it so special. It is something the entire school community is excited about,” said Heidkamp.

Saturday’s game was played at the Alumni Gym at the request of Oswego assistant coach Jim Bagley. He wanted his son, senior forward Chris Bagley, to experience the same atmosphere he had as he played for Benet in the 1978–1979 season. Greg Kwiatkowski was also Jim Bagley’s teammate in Benet, and his son, Joe Kwiatkowski, was in the Panthers’ starting lineup as well. “Two of us who played at Benet together and now our son’s play on [Oswego] together and for them to have a chance to play where we played is going to be a great night and great experience,” said the senior Bagley.

Alumni Gym apparently still had its charm in the second half for the Redwings, whose 15–17 score at halftime worsened into an 11-point deficit in the third quarter. Benet fell behind with a score of 21–29 at the start of the fourth quarter. From that point, the Redwings’ defense began to kick in. Oswego could make only 2 of its 13 field goals in the third quarter. Benet’s offense also gained momentum as center Frank Kaminsky scored all of his 9 points in the fourth quarter. A shot by senior Mike Runger brought the score to 31–31, and two consecutive driving layups by David Sobolewski gave Benet the lead that would last for the rest of the game.

“We hit a dry spell there, but let’s give credit where credit is due. Defense wins games and they are the best defensive team we’ve faced all year,” said Oswego coach Kevin Schnable.

Benet’s Matt Parisi led his team with 15 points, and Sobolewski scored 12. Oswego’s Andrew Ziemnik also scored 12.

Brazil and Venezuela signed agreements of cooperation on many areas. According to the Brazilian government this was a strategical encounteur. This meeting is the first of three meetings that President Lula will have with South American Presidents in three days. The scheduled meetings are with the presidents of: Venezuela (February, 14), Guiana (February, 15) and Suriname (February, 16).

President Lula was accompanied by the following comitiva: the Minister of Development, Industry, and External Trade Luiz Fernando Furlan, the Minister of Finance Antônio Palocci, the Minister of Foreign Relations Celso Amorim, the Minister of Health Humberto Costa, the Minister of Mines and Energy Dilma Roussef, the Minister of Tourism Walfrido Mares Guia, the President of Petrobras José Eduardo Dutra, the President of National Economic and Social Development Bank (BNDES) Guido Mantega, the President of Eletrobrás Silas Rondeau Cavalcante Silva and the Special Secretary for Aquaculture and Fisheries José Fritsch. In addition a delegation of executives representing enterprises from Brazil accompanied the President.

The Brazilian Ministry of External Relations told the trip aims the construction of a strategical alliance and commercial integration between both countries. The Brazilian Presidential Advisor Marco Aurélio Garcia said:”With this gesture, Brazil will consolidate one of its major political goals, which is the constitution of a South American community of nations”. He added: “These agreements with Venezuela are strategical. We want this agreement as a model for other agreements in the region.”

According to President Lula the integration of the Latin America is the priority number one of his government. Days before the arrival in Venezuela and commenting about the trip Lula said: “We’re going to do the same thing in Colombia and in other countries in which integration is no longer a campaign speech but part of the way we deal with real things, day to day”.

The integration of the Latin America is the politics repeatedly proposed by Lula during the meetings of the Foro de São Paulo. According to him and the others members of the Foro there must be a integration among all the left parties and governments of Latin America. The union aims to be an alternative and opposing force to the politics and influence of the richest countries, mainly the United States. Among the organizations which are usually participants of the Foro de São Paulo are: Communist Party of Cuba, Colombian Communist Party, Communist Party of Bolivia, Communist Party of Brazil, Workers’ Party, Paraguayan Communist Party, Peruvian Communist Party, Socialist Party of Peru, National Liberation Army, Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia, Farabundo Martí National Liberation Front, Guatemalan National Revolutionary Unity, Tupamaros.

On December 4, 2001 during the 10th edition of the Foro de São Paulo in Havana Lula said:”A shoal of small fish may mean the finishing of the hungry in our countries, in out continent. We should not think as the History ended on our journey by the Earth. Even it happens just once, or with one gesture, let’s effectively contribute to the improve the life of millions of human beings who live socially excluded by this neoliberal model.”[1]

In Venezuela, once again, he brought out the integration wish: “This is the biggest dream I am carrying, that we can negotiate collectively, not like one country, but like a set of countries so we can do that our people may have the chance to conquer the full citizenship.”

The Recycling Of Waste Involves A Lot Of Different Types Of Key Fields

Skip hire and waste recycling is readily available to every business and individual within the UK and gets rid of all types of reasons regarding not getting rid of waste in the best responsible solution. Help are at hand so we are able advice businesses and individuals pick the appropriate dimensions of a skip hire for the rubbish even if the contents could be for waste recycling and/or dump, presuming its appropriate.Typically, skip and recycling hire businesses supply varying sizes of skips which range from all the classically-sized skips which sit out the front of properties which in most cases are being renovated, to roll on and roll off skips that provide for great mountains of commercial waste. Domestic-sized skips typically keep about 50 trash bags of materials and should it be situated on a main road, a permit has to be granted from the local council.Waste recycling is big money now a days that could be how so many roadside manhole covers are being stolen, cut up and sold on to iron mongers for reuse. It is ironic that the drive to recycle metals has now created a targeted market for Stealing metal manhole covers.Builders, whenever contemplating skip hire, often purchase a larger size than the average household-sized skip and recycling hire, however only if the skip may be situated on private property. To accommodate the wider skips, in tighter gaps, it’s usually not likely to obtain the council approval. In general, all these larger skips fit about eighty-five typical rubbish bags of waste though your next one up are huge enough to contain a enormous two hundred and thirty typicalsized bags of wsate. For very big waste management work, building companies when thinking about skip hire are way more likely to prefer to manage their waste management by utilising the vast roll on roll off skips.Waste recycling involves a number of fundamental fields and top of the list is typical dry waste recycling which includes paper, newspaper, cardboard, plastic bottles and aluminium drink cans. In general, these waste products can be collected altogether and then split for easy waste recycling.Offices that have big amounts of paper recycling, normally A4 are advised not to mix the waste business paper with other types of paper and card as waste business paper could be recycled into recycled paper.Properly taken care of, glass could be one of the waste recycling products that could be practically 100% recyclable. Attention in dividing the various varieties of glass bottles to ensure clear glass remains with clear glass and brown glass stays with brown glass and green glass stays with green glass.Waste recycling of metals remains big business now a days, as mentioned above, because the costs of most metals has now increased to such a level that it’s worth robbers taking copper from rooftops or even coils of copper wiring, steel from the highways such as manhold covers and lead from churches. Sadly, you’ll see those that work in waste recycling that don’t check carefully at the origin of the metals sold for recycling waste.Gold recycling has got a excellent deal of interest in recent months because gold has now elevated in value considerably. Nowadays, there’s quite a few tv commercials offering that individuals send their gold valuables to specialist gold waste recycling companies for cash in return. One thing is certain about this type of waste recycling is that the owner of the gold jewellery will receive a very small % of the gold’s real value and even then it is not likely to come close to the original retail buying cost. Any individual thinking about gold waste recycling to make a bit of money should think of other forms of selling first. It might be a clich? but the saying: “where there’s muck there’s brass” has never been a more relevant assessment. Since property slowing down, skip hire for the disposal of rubble, old kitchens and bathrooms might have decreased yet waste recycling of glass, paper and metal has now for sure been a growing trade.
